Story Line: Night falls on Crockett Island as a tight-knit group of rebels take refuge where they can and forge a plan to control the chaos. The last episode of Midnight Mass starts after the chaos in the previous episode. The church is filled with madness as Father Paul (Monsignor Pruitt) and his followers implement their plan to disseminate the "gift" of immortality through the blood of the vampire. Things get out of hand very soon, though. The newly converted churchgoers, now vampires after consuming the sacramental wine, start attacking the rest of the town. Bev Keane, also completely dedicated to the cause, is leading the brutal purge, making people decide whether they will die or be "resurrected." Erin, Sarah, and Annie (Riley's mom) attempt to fight back against the carnage. Annie sacrifices herself to save her family and cuts her own throat in protest of the vampire curse, showing her belief and resistance.
