Story Line: A fervent Bev calls for faith on the night of Easter vigil. Sarah reveals the results of a troubling experiment, along with a sobering theory. Sarah (the town physician) sees her aging mother, Mildred, appear to be miraculously younger after consuming the communion wine that had the vampire's blood in it. This verifies Sarah's suspicion that Father Paul (really Monsignor Pruitt) has been using the vampire's blood to cure and "change" the congregation. Father Paul discovers to Mildred that he is indeed Monsignor Pruitt, who was transformed back into his younger self after consuming the angel's (vampire's) blood. He thinks this transformation is a miracle from God and a way of salvation. Bev Keane and Father Paul prepare for the Easter Vigil, during which they intend to serve the congregation with the contaminated communion wine and induce "rebirth." Erin informs Sarah of the death of Riley and how he gave his life to inform her of the existence of the vampire. She knows that the church is now occupied by dark powers.
