Story Line: Stargirl just isn’t the same without Stargirl herself. With only three episodes left in Stargirl Season 3, it doesn’t seem possible for the JSA to defeat Eclipso. Courtney, Yolanda, and Rick are all sidelined and in awful situations. Stargirl Season 3, which is "Frenemies," changes the show's tone by combining superhero action with a thriller mystery. This season delves into themes of redemption, trust, and betrayal as Courtney and the Justice Society of America (JSA) try to coexist with their former foes while solving a jaw-dropping murder mystery. Having defeated Eclipso, Courtney Whitmore (Stargirl) and the JSA look forward to a new beginning in Blue Valley. To their surprise, most of the former villains—such as The Crocks (Sportsmaster & Tigress), Cindy Burman (Shiv), and the Gambler—look to reform and become part of society. But when a mysterious killing unsettles the town, suspicions run high, and trust is challenged.
