Story Line: Mia, a plucky barmaid, has her life thrown into chaos when a mysterious woman turns up at her workplace, on the run from a group of violent thugs and unable to speak English. The story begins with an animated flashback set centuries ago, introducing Marshanda as the Dragon Princess who escaped servitude to become a pirate. She formed a formidable partnership with another female pirate, Red Kat Morgan, amassing treasure and rescuing others. Their adventures led them to the Arctic, where Marshanda became trapped in ice, preserving her for hundreds of years. In the present day, Marshanda awakens in modern London and is pursued by a mysterious man and the police. Seeking refuge, she stumbles upon Mia's bar. Despite the communication barrier, Mia decides to help Marshanda, unaware of the danger following her. The bar becomes a focal point for chaos as thugs searching for Marshanda converge, leading to intense confrontations. As the story unfolds, Mia and Marshanda navigate threats from a mob boss named Mr. Walsh, who is determined to find a hidden pirate treasure linked to the bar. The narrative offers multiple branching paths, allowing viewers to make choices that significantly impact the storyline and its outcome. That’s not the only case of surprising violence, either. Depending on the choices you make some characters can die in quite shocking ways—and while seeing how different characters can live or die is a draw for such a game, it feels like your choices don’t really directly affect any specific character’s fate.
