Plot Summary:
Hasadék follows Hungarian obstetrician Bálint Grassai, who left his native village in Maramureș, Romania, years ago to attend medical school in Budapest, leaving behind a son he never met. When he returns for his father’s funeral, Bálint faces the responsibility of his abandoned son, Simon, now a rebellious 17-year-old under the influence of local gang leader Dumitru.
